Offering prenatal care, home birth, and postpartum care to families. Serving mostly the surrounding areas of Johnson City, Greeneville, Bristol, Kingsport, and Southwest Virginia. But will make some exceptions for other areas, just ask.
Prenatals
Connecting with you and your baby is one of my favorite parts about prenatal care. During visits some of what we will be doing is measuring your growth, listening to baby's heartbeat, doing vital signs, and learning the position of your baby. Also prenatal care is about building trust and getting you ready for birth. While encouraging you to ask all the questions you need to make informed decisions.
Birth
Trusting physiological birth and trusting your body and baby is where it all starts. Encouraging movement, massage, breathwork, waterbirth, and birthing your baby in whatever way you want. During your birth, my role is to watch, protect, and hold the container for you to find your strength. There is nothing more I love then gently welcoming babies into this world.
Postpartum
Often times preparing for the birth is the biggest event, but postpartum is just as important. During our visits, we will do weight checks for baby, breastfeeding support, and make sure you feel supported in the new journey of motherhood. Stepping into motherhood and feeling held through your experience is one of the most powerful things we can do for women.

I am a Certified Professional Midwife, licensed in Tennessee and Virginia. My passion is taking care of mothers and babies, and allowing women to truly feel seen through their pregnancy and birth experience.
